    The single biggest productivity aid I’ve found is a piece of software called Self Control, which locks you out of chosen sites for a specific period of time (in my case, social media sites so I can’t while away the afternoon reading productivity tips, as useful as those might be!) I also like the Reading List feature in Safari which means i can set articles like this aside and read them later.

    At our company, I convinced our employees to go to the park after lunch. It’s quite refreshing when the weather is good and we can talk about various things, company and personal goals, hobbies, etc. It’s also good for knowing your employees better.

    Concentrate as much of your work on what you´re good at! Say no to the all the other tasks that comes along. Split the work that has to be done in your team based on what everyone likes to do, instead of what we are supposed to do in a certain role. One more, set up Slack as you communication hub, it has done wonders for the teams a work with in @haaartland and @leadsius
